The Shops at Columbus Circle
TikTok
As one of New York City's premier shopping and dining destinations, The Shops at Columbus Circle needed a social presence that felt less like a mall and more like a part of the city's culture.
Through a content strategy centered around community, lifestyle, food, fashion, and local moments, we transformed the page into a destination New Yorkers actually wanted to follow. By tapping into seasonal events, city-wide conversations, restaurant openings, shopping trends, and the unique energy of the surrounding neighborhood, we built a content ecosystem that felt relevant beyond the retailers themselves.
To support this growth, I managed a content cadence of 5 posts per week, daily Instagram Stories, and daily TikTok content, creating a diverse mix of evergreen, trend-driven, and community-focused content across the center's restaurants, retail partners, events, and local experiences.
The result was a social presence that positioned The Shops at Columbus Circle as more than a shopping center. It became a curated guide to experiencing one of New York City's most iconic neighborhoods.
Turning a location into a lifestyle is often the difference between a page people visit and a page people follow.
